If you are looking for a place to; go fishing, stop and fuel your plane, or boat, rent a boat, or hire a water taxi, pitch your tent, park your RV, the BACK EDDY MARINA can fill your needs.

Perhaps you want to; relax with a tall cold one, on a balcony over looking some water and watch boats sail by, go jogging down a country back road, put your computer on a table on the lawn and compose a sonnet, or lie back and read that novel you’ve been putting off, the Back Eddy Resort, situated on the Sechelt Inlet at Egmont is one of the most beautiful, and tranquil, places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting.

By car, from Langdale, close to Gibsons, or Earls Cove, you leave the Sunshine Coast Highway, B. C. Highway 101, close to Earls Cove.

Go East on Egmont Rd.

Turn North onto Maple Rd. close to Secret Cove, then take the fourth driveway to the right.

First 3 driveways are far apart and you might think you have missed it, but keep going.

Third and fourth driveways are close together so bear to the left, down, not too steep, a long, not too long, narrow, gravel, drive.

By boat you sail the Strait of Georgia East of Texada Island then go North East on either side of Nelson Island.

Bear South East at Captain Island to the Sutton Islets then due South to the Marina.

By plane you can `land’, or is that `water’, just South, or South East, of the Sutton islets.
