METAL GAZEBO

Question, sent to Scruff.

At the 86 fair, to the South East of Science World was a metal Gazebo. Do you know the name, purpose, history, etc.???

Hi,

The Gazebo you are thinking about was built for Expo and used as a bandstand during the fair. Old fashioned bands welcomed visitors entering via the East Gate and the music helped set the mood for the Folklife exhibit nearby.
