GOLDEN BELT PEAK

(The sign reads) THE PEAK RISES UP TO 350M, IS DECORATED BY A GOLD YELLOW BELT- -THE HORIZONTAL RHYOLITE LAYER ALONG WHICH A PLANK ROAD WAS DUG. STROLLING ON THE PLANK ROAD, ONE CAN SEE THE SHEER CLIFFS UP AND DOWN, TAKE A DISTANT VIEW OF SCREEN-LIKE PEAKS BRINGING ONE HIGHER THAN ANOTHER, AND WATCH THE MISTY AND MYSTERIOUS SCROLL OR LANDSCAPE PAINTING. THE PLANK ROAD BECAME A GEOLOGIC SECTION, WHICH EXPOSES THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TUFFS AND RHYOLITE

From where the bus dropped us, there was a long set of stairs. My wife, afraid of heights did not join us.
