WALKER LAKE

THE ORIGINAL WATER LEVEL WAS ABOVE THIS CAMPGROUND.

Notice the water level, far below Bin. Beside Bin is a sign showing the water level was at her feet in 1908.

In Vegas, an area of low rainfall, the hotels are using water conservation by not changing the linen in the rooms everyday.

In Seattle, an area of abundant rainfall, the Gov’t. is asking people not to flush their toilets every time they pee.

The facts are clear. Americans are using their resources faster than they can be replaced. Nature is unable to keep up.

The fault lies with the educational system in the U. S. of A. Schools teach students that they live in the biggest and best country in the world. Children grow up believing they live in a land of plenty and give food to needy nations around the world. The result is that, now, America is becoming a needy country.

They need water, they need food, they need€.

They need to reduce their population. America should close their doors to immigration and follow China’s example of only allowing one child per family

Instead of spending enormous amounts of money on developing multi birth drugs, they should be spending money on educating their populous on how to have sex without causing pregnancy.

Americans must wake up to the fact that they do not live in the world’s largest country, not even the second largest. They must learn to cut back on their desires.

In China the Gov’t. used to control who could move to the cities and where they could live. People were not allowed to live in an apartment that was larger than their needs required.

In Canada the Gov’t. has done studies, on some of the Gulf Islands, to determine how many people the water supply can maintain. They limit the number of housing permits to that criteria.

Building permits are a great source of income for any municipality but the cities have to wake up to the fact that they can no longer supply the water, sewage and electricity that is demanded by new construction, and occupation.

Los Angeles has been unable to pay for its electricity for some time now, yet they continue to allow more houses to be built.

It is a sad state of affairs when a city tells people that they can’t build a home and live there. But, it is going to have to be done.

Every city is going to have to calculate how much services they are able to supply and limit the sale of building permits to that.

It is a sad state of affairs when a Gov’t. tells its people that they can’t have children. But, it is going to have to be done.

Every country in the world is going to have to determine how much food they can supply and limit the number of births to that.

America must set the example for the rest of the world.

THIS OVERFLOW WAS IN USE WHEN BOULDER DAM WAS COMPLETED IN 1935 BUT IT WILL NEVER SEE WATER AGAIN IN OUR LIFE TIME.
